The AI receptionist
Most of what a business is asked at night is the same six questions, in Lebanese written in Latin letters. The receptionist reads your website and answers from it — hours, address, what you offer, what it costs — understands voice notes, and hands the conversation to your WhatsApp the moment it is out of its depth. It never improvises.
What it answers
Six messages the shape of real ones, in the languages Lebanon actually writes in. Every answer comes from the business’s own pages; nothing is made up.
Fatih bokra? W bade consultation lal whitening
Bokra l sabet mfattihin men 9:00 la 14:00. El consultation bta5od 30 d2i2a. Baddak eb3atlak el link ta te7joz 3al WhatsApp?
From the hours and the treatments pages. The booking itself hands over to WhatsApp.
Do you have a table for six tonight, around 9:30?
Tonight we seat until 23:00, and a table for six at 9:30 is usually fine. Send me a name and I pass it to the team on WhatsApp — they confirm in a few minutes.
From the hours page. A reservation is never confirmed by the receptionist itself.
From the rooms page. Availability is checked where the calendar lives, not guessed.
في صف كيتلبل اليوم الصبح؟
نعم، الكيتلبل اليوم الساعة 10:30، وبقي 6 أماكن. الحصة الأولى مجانية — بتحب احجزلك؟
From the live timetable. Written in Arabic, answered in Arabic.
Is the green Revuelto still available, and what’s the mileage?
Yes — the 2025 Revuelto in Verde Mantis is in the showroom, 1,200 km, $780,000. The showroom opens at 10:00; I can have someone call you in the morning.
From the listing itself. Anything beyond the page goes to a person.
Adde btebaa el 7omra ba3d el laser?
Hayda su2al lal doctor, mish eli — ma bjaweb 3a shi tebbe. B7awlek 3a WhatsApp el 3iyede hala2, w byerja3lek el jawab bokra el sobo7?
A medical question: it says so, and hands over instead of guessing.
The receptionist is built into all ten finished sites. Open any of them and tap the orb: that is the exact thing that goes on yours.
How it works
Set up with your site, so it answers from the day you go live. Nothing to install on your phone, nothing to train, nothing to maintain.
01
Hours, address, services, prices: whatever your pages say is what it knows. Change the page and its answer changes the same minute.
02
Lebanese in Latin letters, Arabic, French or English — it replies in whatever the customer wrote in, at any hour, in seconds.
03
Half of Lebanon writes with the microphone. A voice note is listened to and answered like a typed message.
04
A question it cannot answer from your pages, a booking, a complaint: it opens your WhatsApp with the whole conversation, and a person takes it from there.
Ask it anything
This is the same thing we build into a client's site — grounded in their prices, their services and their hours, so it answers instead of deflecting. Here it knows ours. Ask it what a clinic website costs, or what the free sample includes.

The price
No add-on and no second package. Every website I build is $200, everything included, and the AI receptionist is part of it, with its first year.

What it will not do
Tell me your business, and I tell you what it would answer tonight.
Before you ask
No. It comes with every website I build, inside the one package: $200, everything included, its first year too. From the second year it is part of Care, $50 a year, optional.
Any business that gets the same questions every evening: clinics, restaurants, gyms, guesthouses, showrooms, shops, salons. It is built into all ten finished sites, one per kind of business, so you can see it answer for a business like yours before you decide.
Yes — that is where its answers come from. It reads the pages of a site NextGenn built, and it comes with every one. On a site built elsewhere it can usually be added after a short review, quoted before it starts; the site itself does not change.
It says so, and opens your WhatsApp with the conversation attached. It never guesses a price, a diagnosis or an availability.
Lebanese written in Latin letters, Arabic, French and English. It answers in the language of the message, and switches if the customer does.
No. It tells the customer what is available and hands the booking to you on WhatsApp, where you confirm it yourself. A receptionist that books into a diary it cannot see is how double bookings happen.
It goes live the same day as your site, its first year included. From the second year it is part of Care, $50 a year and optional: stop any year, and the site stays yours.
Yes, so you can read them, and so the hand-over to WhatsApp carries the context. No medical records, no card details: it never asks for them.
Yes. The assistant on this page is the same engine, grounded in this studio’s own prices and pages. Ask it anything above — that is the test.
Send me your website, or just the name of your business, and I tell you what it would answer tonight.
