A clinic website is $600, the Presence package: five pages, your Google reviews on the page and a booking button that opens WhatsApp. Presence+ is $900 and adds a dedicated page for each treatment so patients find you by what you do, three languages, a logo, online booking, an assistant for your patients' usual questions, custom images and video, your Google Business profile set up and cleaned, plus the first year of Care and your domain. Concierge is $1,100 and adds the AI receptionist, set up and running for its whole first year; from year two it is $400 a year for Care and the receptionist together. Half is paid to start and half when it goes live. E-commerce, apps and software are scoped individually, because the work genuinely varies.
Yes — that is half the studio. Mobile apps, dashboards, booking systems, client portals, internal tools: if you can describe the workflow, we can build the system that runs it. Scoped and quoted fixed-price like everything else.
Photo packs land in 2–3 days, video in 3–5. A website built on one of the ten finished templates goes live in ten working days from your brief; a custom platform or app takes two to six weeks.
