What we collect when you use this site, why, and how to make us delete it.
Who we are
NextGenn Studio is a design and development studio based in Beirut, Lebanon. Anthony Aoun is responsible for the data described here. Write to sales@nextgenn.studio for anything on this page.
What we collect
What you type into a form: your name, WhatsApp number, and — if you give them — your email, brand, product details and a product photo. How the site is used: the pages you open and for how long, how far down them you scroll, which buttons you use, how you arrived (the link, app or site that sent you), your approximate city and country, and the kind of device and browser. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare and deliver the work you asked for, to know which pages and adverts actually lead to conversations, and to keep the site fast and working.
Advertising and analytics
We measure visits ourselves, on our own servers, to see which posts and pages bring people who get in touch — and with Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies. We never store your IP address: only the city and country it points to, and a scrambled form of it that changes every midnight, used to stop abuse. Your browser keeps a random number so we can tell a first visit from a return — in Europe, only if you allow it. Nothing is shared with other sites or used to follow you anywhere else. If you accept it, we also load the Meta pixel so we can see which adverts produce enquiries. You can refuse it and everything else on the site still works.
The AI assistant
NextGenn AI is the assistant behind the orb in the corner and on the Automate page. What you type or say to it is processed by OpenAI to produce the answer. Live voice audio goes directly from your browser to OpenAI and is never recorded or stored — we keep the written transcript, not the sound. Transcripts and the summary of a conversation are stored for 90 days so we can improve the answers, then deleted automatically. They are never used for advertising and never sold. If you leave your details in a conversation, they are stored with your other enquiry details. Ask us at sales@nextgenn.studio and we delete any of it.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run the studio: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon and Vercel Postgres (the database your enquiry is stored in), Resend (the emails we send you), and Meta (advertising, only with your consent). We never sell your data and we never share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our client records while there is a reasonable chance of working together, and for as long as we are working together. Ask us to delete yours and we will, within seven days.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to advertising cookies at any time. One email to sales@nextgenn.studio is enough — no forms, no conditions.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
