What we collect when you use this site, why, and how to make us delete it.
Who we are
NextGenn Studio is a design and development studio based in Beirut, Lebanon. Anthony Aoun is responsible for the data described here. Write to sales@nextgenn.studio for anything on this page.
What we collect
What you type into a form: your name, WhatsApp number, and — if you give them — your email, brand, product details and a product photo. Basic usage data: pages visited, approximate country, device type, and which buttons were used. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare and deliver the work you asked for, to know which pages and adverts actually lead to conversations, and to keep the site fast and working.
Advertising and analytics
We measure page views and button clicks with Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. If you accept it, we also load the Meta pixel so we can see which adverts produce enquiries. You can refuse it and everything else on the site still works.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run the studio: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon and Vercel Postgres (the database your enquiry is stored in), Resend (the emails we send you), and Meta (advertising, only with your consent). We never sell your data and we never share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our client records while there is a reasonable chance of working together, and for as long as we are working together. Ask us to delete yours and we will, within seven days.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to advertising cookies at any time. One email to sales@nextgenn.studio is enough — no forms, no conditions.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
