How we work together: quotes, delivery, ownership and the honest limits.
What we do
We produce AI-directed product images and video ads, and we design and build websites, stores, apps, custom software and automations. What is included in your project is whatever the written quote says — nothing more, nothing less.
Quotes and payment
Every project is quoted at a fixed price in USD before any work starts, and that number does not move unless you change the scope in writing. Creative packages are paid up front; builds are split between a deposit and the balance at launch.
Delivery and revisions
Timelines are agreed at the start and depend on getting your content and feedback. Every creative package includes one revision round. Extra rounds are quoted separately.
Ownership
Once the invoice is settled, the delivered files and code are yours — to use, change, host anywhere, or take to another studio. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, which is always fine.
Your material, our AI direction
You confirm that you own or may use the product photos, logos and text you send us. We direct AI tools to produce imagery from them and check every frame by hand, but the result is a created image, not a photograph, and we will not misrepresent it as one.

The free sample
One free five-image sample per brand, for first-time clients, subject to the monthly queue. The images are yours to keep whatever you decide afterwards, and there is nothing to cancel.
What we do not promise
We build things that are designed to convert and we say what we would measure — but no studio can guarantee sales, rankings or advert results, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our liability is limited to what you paid us for the work in question.
Law
These terms are governed by Lebanese law. If something goes wrong, talk to us first — most things are solved in one conversation.
