How a project goes

Ten working days, counted from a complete brief.

    Ten minutes on WhatsApp

    Your business name, what you offer, and your logo if you have one — a voice note is perfectly fine. You get the two dates the same day, you pay the first half, and I start right away.

  2. Day 3

    Your private link

    A link to the real site — your name, your reviews, your hours, your services. Nothing is public yet.

  3. Day 7

    You correct it

    Send changes by voice note if that is easier. I make them the same day, as many rounds as it takes to be right.

  4. Day 10

    It goes live

    On your own domain, with every login handed to you in writing. You pay the second half once you have approved it, and from that moment it is entirely yours.

  • No. Each unit can show a from-price, a price on request, or nothing; the plan and the area do the selling and the call does the rest.

  • That is why the site is in Arabic, French and English, and why the call is booked in the buyer’s own time zone. Most of the conversation then happens on WhatsApp.

  • The site follows it: a timeline with dated photos that you update from your phone, so a buyer abroad watches it rise.

  • The broker version has listings with filters, a page per property, and a valuation form. Listings are added from your phone.
